About Sweet Anthem Handmade Perfumes
Sweet Anthem Handmade Perfumes is a micro-perfumery from Seattle, WA solely owned and operated by independent perfumer Meredith Smith. Since 2007, Smith has been offering 100% vegan-friendly fragrances made with local-as-possible ingredients. Smith creates her fragrances by hand in her West Seattle studio – nestled safely behind her flagship retail store – and bottles and decants each perfume at the time of purchase to ensure peak smellabiltiy. (Yes, that's a technical term.)

Custom Perfumes
Discerning noses may purchase custom perfumes through our sister brand, Hearts of Oak. Once inside the atelier, patrons may step up to our perfumer's organ and choose up to three aromatic ingredients to create their own signature scent — starting at just $28 for 1/4 oz. While we don't offer every ingredient we've ever collected, there are nearly 200 notes on our custom perfume bar. Additional notes may be added for a small fee.

Interactive Classes
We're always dreaming up new ways for you to further explore the perfume world. Beginning with our already-popular Parfumerie 101 classes, we'll start adding more events to educate, illuminate, and share our passion for perfumes with you.

Featuring 80% local perfumers, the vendor selection at the West Seattle atelier is not to be missed — offering shoppers a unique assortment of hard-to-find handmade fragrances.
